R&R E-ladder for swimming?

I saw one of these on a Ranger at Cabela's. Looks like a brilliant piece of hardware, although a bit expensive. Perhaps this would make a good swim ladder for the Hydrostream without drilling any holes. Any thoughts?

Looks like a nice piece , I have a 6 inch R&R jackplate with the mounting holes pre drilled & tapped for their ladder.I dont need any help reboarding after swimming but the wife does, i made a stirrup that clips on the rear lifting rings or the jackplate holes for her, not as cool as the R&R, but alot less$$$.
