I used to work out untill I pinched my syatic (I think that's how you spell it) nerve. Havn't touched them for about a year now. I'm 5'9" and weigh 195. I was benching 305 and curling 160. Never measured my chest but had 17 1/2" bicepts. Hope to get back into it soon.

Until I hurt my back got a hernia then got Lyme Disese within 6months I was 5'11" 180, 16" biceps, 48" Chest, 32" waist.
Not sure about the other stuff but I could remove/install and torque 12 Waukasha 7042 heads in a day. 8 nuts per head, final torque@ 600lbs and torque each nut in three steps at 200lb intervals.

Well, I'm still 5'11". :D

What does the tattoo around your big guns represent. I was thinking of a band of sea weed all the way around my arm. With King Neptune above and a mermaid below.

Not sure on the maxes, haven't tried a max lift in a few years. Been working out for around 10 years. ( used to be a scrawny 150 before in college!)
Definately should work out more, the beer is starting to catch up!

Its a Neptune knee board. They joined hands with Hydroslide. It really looks cool comming off of the wake into a big barrol roll.
