1/16 x 27 NPT plugs for water pickup holes

I'm having alittle trouble finding stainless 1/16 x 27 NPT socket head plugs to plug up the top 4 water inlet holes in my lower,Does anyone have a good source for them or maybe 8 of them laying around that I can buy?

A guy on BBC called European AM supposedly has them. Said you can get them from any Merc dealer but I'm not a big fan of BBC just tryin to help ya out.

I bought mine from McMaster-Carr. Don't forget to buy a tap if you don't have one. I couldn't find one for sale locally so I ordered it from McMaster-Carr as well.

I did a google search and found that thread,thats where I found the size I needed,I just ordered them from MCMASTER.com

The fixed price for USPS shipping a small box is 16.95.

Not sure on the costs regarding buying the plugs and tap, as there are many choices.

mcmaster is great
got the plugs from them but got the tap from drill America, it was about $20 less then mcmaster

We have put a 1/4" plug in a laithe and machined down, then threaded it for 16th 27... It also gives u a bigger square on the top of the plug for easier tightening.. McMaster is the best.. Quick shipping and have anything u need.. They have bungees for the Merc cowls and many other size Bungees also.. Great supplier!! Grainger is also great. I get a 50% discount through my company.. And anyone needing fasteners, bolts, hardware etc.. I get 50% off at Fastenal also..
