Can find 8" up to 15".

Looking for 5 1/4" and 6"x9".

Have seen them before but can't remember where.

Doing a system for Dads express cruiser for his B-day in January.
And it has ta be done right, this is the last custom parts I need for the project.

Thanks...K.K.

Not sure where you can find them but a few years ago we tried some billet speaker covers that a friend made for a home speaker application.

The covers looked very trick but sounded awful...especially on the smaller drivers and tweeters. The low range was not affected nearly as much.

We subsequently had him mill larger openings until we got the sound we wanted but the looks really took a hit...and ultimately abandoned the idea.

Maybe you'll have better luck...

I'm not sure if this will fit your theme but they are worth looking at. Actually I just went to their site and I can't get it to load fully. They make "custom" billet speaker grills. They mention 6.5", 6x9, 10,12, and 15" sizes.

If you need me to I can scan the add tomorrow (it has pictures of the grills) or its on page 120 of the Nov/Dec Hot boat (swim suit issue that everyone should have).

Their number is 928-680-1030

GEEZZZ! Make them!
The 5.25" is easy get a hole saw. The 6x9s a bit harder need a jig saw.

Custom off the shelf anything isn't custom if everyone can get them.

Now my pet peeve.
Why do they need to be billet? Can't cast do the same as billet in this case? They don't need to be that strong to let sound out do they?
