Anyone deal with their warranty dept with any success? Just asking before I put myself through something that may be a pita....
Have a relatively new pair of Fathom's with the 580 lenses that the spring is worn out on one arm, and they slip off.
I have had only Costa's for the last 11 years- the first pair made it 10 of them before I killed em
This pair was more coin and don't seem to be as good quality. Before I go through the bs of dealing with the warranty dept, I was wondering if anyone has any tips for dealing with them - or just move on to a new brand ??

Have had many costas over the years. Just fill out a pre authorization form online or call them and send them in. If they failed due to a mfg problem they will usually just fix em. If it's your dime they will call with a price to fix em. Always have had good luck with costas and ocean waves on warr repairs. Always been fair imo.....

I had a pair that was doing the same thing but I managed to lose them about 2 weeks ago. Had that pair two years. Bought another pair yesterday. I've worn them all and IMO Costa's are as good as anything out there for wearing 10 hrs a day every day

Seems like it took about two wks or so. Not bad imo for hands on repair or just a complete replacement.

I sent out a pair couple years ago that the rubber ear and nose piece was falling apart, also the lenses (plastic) were scratched. Took over a month, but got a brand new exchange free.
On my 2nd pair now, with 580g lenses and love em.

I just sent a pair back. Pretty Simple..boxed them up sent a description of the problem with the glasses. They sent me a e-mail that they had the glasses and what they found, sent me another e-mail that they were sending them back FIXED! $11.50 later. I thought it was about as simple a repair deal as possable.I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have taken three weeks if it wasn't right here at Christmas that I sent them. Just My $.02...........Mike T.

I sent 4 Pairs back to them a few months ago and got 4 brand new ones back!!! I am really hard on glasses and always just bought new ones when they broke. This time I forced myself to send the 4 back brfore buying another back up. They were extremely easy to deal with!!!
Only glasses I will ever own!

FYI The pair I sent back, I mailed out on 12/27. They had a very small crack in one of the lenses. They got back yesterday 01/06, and instead of being repaired, it was a brand new pair! That's pretty good service in my opinion.

Great service for my problem. Sent me parts so I could have quicker repairs.
