You Chitown/Fox Chain kids will know the "food back there well", UNLESS YA MOVE! I miss it! BUT, I can overnite Portillos Beefs, and Pizza, easy for when I .."NEED THIS"!
Well, I did this poem tonite, to some Chitown old friends, others from there, but moved, all over the country, me think we need a new "Holiday", A "CHITOWN food day!" Turkey Thanksgiving, Christmas Ham..OK we done that. Lets do this too "Taste OF Chicago" (search it) does over night for beefs and pie! Anyway, my idea for a "twist", on Christmas! And it will be any "NEED FOOD", Holiday to you! Ya all have a great, slow down, kick back, Christmas.
It was the day before "CHITOWN Food Day", and all through the land, the old gearheads, took there digits, off the "Healthy" in hand
For soon, the Jolly Fat FOOD man would soon be there, with Pizza and Beefs/(combo's?), in the bag, soon to land!
I heard such a clatter of, no hoofs, but a "Cammed out motor, with FlowMasters", up on the roof!"
The dog woke me up, with a "WOOF!, as she sniffed some good food to slam down, like a WOLF
So out we go, see whats the matter, but all we saw was a massive "Burn Out" to the sky,
We sat and watched, and wondered why?
AHA! Good Old Food Santa, left under the tree, one the biggest, warm Pizza PIE!
All was well with the world, as we chowed down the food, has to crash, as morning coming soon
Then like always, we slept until noon......(gotta love retired!)
