Welcome to Scream and Fly! :)

Sounds like you need some anti-freeze (whiskey) and a sled! :)

Yeah it's going to be a long winter.Sold both of my sleds about a month ago.Got more use out of the 4 wheelers the last couple of winters anyway.Never did get across those new bridges up your way.Last time we came through there only one was in.There was lots of snow on the hyway so we ran right down the side of it.

I got yer "sled here"..(yep, had many back in the frozen Midwest, lotta fun doing the lakes and trails, on a Snowmobile's too!). But I got 77 K5..WELL worked over, suspension, 350 cammed, carbed, header's, ZERO "Cats"..strait into two "Flowmastes, zero pipe after, exhaust exits under the cab. Its a freaking torque MONSTER. Geared Transfer case, no chain, plain azz rock..(bring it on!)...solid. We have a million (seems) acre "Off road park here, Capital Forest". Sea level wet,/dry/mud, who cares, to snow in the hill tops. Lotta fun, 'TREES duck when I come by!"..(yep, lotta side body work, scrapes, but I care less that.."Outta my way", tree!)....but the 5 MPG sucks! "HP COST!" Some pix..

Here a vid of it, the K5, traded for my big old 25 foot I/O barge. He had 8 K in the ride, I had 8k in the boat. He got busted, drinking, lost license a year, with that "ankle bracelet"..pretty well home bound, but a boat OK. Trust me, its a freaking MONSTER..(bet I get good traction rear?..see daylights under the front "37's"

I sledded the "Chain", winter, back there..Lotta fun. yep, many years, not enough snow to "wet the runner's", replace often, but studded tracks, and frozen lakes? (Bar hopping!). Ya want early snow, truck'em to the upper part, Wisconsin, or to the UP. Sledding ice on lakes, drag racing, is cool, but good "powder?". Well, ya know what meant!

Hey Robby, I used to do a little off roading as well...
A biger 4x4 doesn't get you OUT of trouble, it just get's you in deeper is all. lol.
I had a bad heart attack a few years ago so gettin stuck in the bush isn't for me anymore so I traded my rig for a boat.
It was a '96 2500 ram (cummins of course) 5spd stick, 2 1/2 ton rockwells lockers front and rear.
Full hydrolic steering front and rear on 48" XL's mounted on double bead locks and a couple of other little "mods";)

P/T, thats a real "rock crawler!

And I use to love sledding the chain in winter as much as running gas through the Switzercraft in summer!
