How do u check for compression on an outboard engine?

[MODIFIEDOUTBOARD]

We always
Make sure battery is charged
Ignition off (Kill swictch)
Remove all spark plugs
Put throttle in wide open position
Check compression
(Compare engine hot and Cold readings)
