I enjoyed lookin' at all the pictures you posted of all my ole' junk when you and Donna came through. Unfortunately, it was one of the threads that was lost in the Great S & F Crash of December 2002.

Did you ever find out if E. Rawls is in the new company?

Cut me some slack here if I don't understand the situation but while I was out of town for a few days a friend told me of the awesome photos of Raceman's stuff but the thread disappeard? If I am missing something by being an infrequent lurker, sorry, but he said the photos were unbelievable,Iwanted to see them but they are gone.Don't want to intrude, just interested in the history here.

It wasn't intentional Magic. There were some posts lost when the site went down within the last week. Gary put a lot of effort in the posting and commentary. He's got pictures of some of my stuff that I don't even have pictures of.

Thanks,I understand the glitches.Just checked my own profile,it said birthdate Dec31,1969,actually it is July 17,1944. If the site can make me 25 years younger then I guess all of your motors are 25 years younger and that's a good thing:)

Raceman, those LS7 cars are awsome,i know you know it too.The Vette reminds me of the first car my dad was going to get me except it was a 61 roadster fuel inj.with hard top.$700. but he thought I might get hurt in it so he gave me a 63 Valiant 170 6cly.:( That Caprice is unreal, very nice stuff. Not to mention your boats and motors.I wish...

...and while I'm not usually impressed with garages that don't have checkered-tile flooring, I could see the benefit of keeping things a little more lowkey, especially when the DA is countering your every purchase with a living room set or so.....

In spite of all this, I too, would be in favor of an expanded re-posting of these soon-to-be treasures. I'd really like some well-lit shots of some of those muscle cars, oh and the stuff in the corner over there that looks like......

CP, if you like checkered flag floors you wouldn't adjust well to my enviroment. I'm not exactly a neat freak and you usually have to step over stuff in my shop to get from one side to the other.

Raceless, the blue car in the pic is a 427 Biscayne.

have "pretty stuff".
But the ones that look like real shops are the ones where the HP's are actually made/created ;)

(unless of course your an F-1 car team)

There were a couple of those 427 Bisc's in NE Mpls "back in the day" (when you could still afford to feed em' and didnt' have to worry about some POS following you home Sat night & stealing it when youre' @ Church the next day...) Got a ride in one once - 10"slicks & headers, DEADLY acceleration:eek: Thanx for sharing your cool stuff w/us:) :) :) J
