300 pm tuner

Has anyone have a pic of a cut tuner for a 300 pm ? or how much is to be cut off

Even though this is an old thread, it's still applicable to those of us with 3.0L Mercs ..
When I cut my cans, I went quite a bit higher. Almost to the next casting line. The aftermarket tuners have no skirt at all. I left a little so it would add a little structure to keep the exhaust from blasting directly on the outer can .. and to maybe draw a little heat away from the lower water jacket / engine adapter gasket.
This is an even better idea for guys who have the 225/250 tuner which has one runner longer than the other, unlike the 300X which are both equal length. This gives them access to mill the long one off without needing special tooling ..
