Bill,

Nice talking to you this morning sorry the props won't help. My 22 ET is quicker than my 24, but you really need to find a 24 Yamaha drag, that is THE drag prop.

I'll second that emotion, the yamaha is the way to go, be carefull of copies though, some have been known to sling blades. A buddy of mine has a copy with all three blades cracked, scary very scary:(

Mark Herron of Custom Props in ALEXANDRIA, LA. builds the best yamaha style drag props, I've run his props for better that ten years & have never threw a blade off, cracked a few, but that was because i had the props thinned so much. Custom Props, 318-442-8751.

We ran a yamaha 26" in u/o for awhile. this prop was worked by some of the best. You can shave w/the leading edge. We tried a26" lightning out of the box & picked .2 of a second in testing. We only test 600' & we consistently ran 2tenths quicker w/the lightning box stock. If anyone is interested in a 26 yamaha never broken or damaged & worked by the best .Let me know...:) MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR Vic::HOC Motorsports

We have been selling The original Yamaha Props for some time now. Fresh from Japan! Call our parts guy Gary. He has the names of several of the prop builders to use and we have 22, 24, and 26's. gary@hydrotecmarine.com
