Bridgeport fuel injected motors, twin engine, fuel pressure was checked on both motors on the hose. There are 2 pumps in the boat, when each engine idles, they're at 39psi but once you give some gas they each drop to 26 or so, should they stay at 39 while operating?? Is that normal? Thanks in advance

That's not normal. At the most should drop 2-3 lbs for a moment when you stab the gas but quickly recover to 39. Talking like a second. If you know the gauge is correct check for clogged filters, plugged vents, healthy pumps, and/or sufficient voltage at the pump
