TO OUR REED VALVE CUSTOMERS,thank you for your continuing support,it has been a pleasure to work with and for you.We have spent a great deal of time and effort to bring you a good product at a reasonable price, with good support.
HOWEVER,I should mention that we are a capable outboard shop, specializing in powerhead remanufacturing. We conduct this process entirely "in house",not shipping out or waiting on anyone for services except for injector cleaning.(Brucato).We are well versed in all makes of 2stroke outboards, and stock rebuild parts for most.We also offer machine work such as boring, sleeving, head milling(yes o ringed heads too)light heliarc work block modifications, drive shaft shortening and re-splineing,etc.
ONE THING DIFFERENT form most shops is the free pickup and delivery in most of FLORIDA,and the policy of handeling the complete job under one roof, your motor will be test run, tuned and tested before its return. For shipped powerheads we maintain 2 test boats, and a shipped powerhead can be broken in and tested before being returned.Feel free to call,pm,oe e-mail,if you need help,Chris & Co.

We have raised compression on about anything you could imagine...and accelleration can be dramatically improved.Havent done but a couple v4's,but lots of 6's,same things apply.I guess your motor has a moving trigger, allowing max timing adjustments? The head chambers have to be re-chamfered for clearance,so there is more involved than a simple milling like most heads.Give a call Mon and we'll work it out,Chris

It is stock except for Carsons reeds and a cone on the lower unit with a transom mount pickup. Stock paint on the motor has never been cracked.
Chris, the powerhead comes off after the Suwanee run to replace the steering arm. I am looking for a clean used one if you have anything. I will call you after the Suwanee run next weekend. I would llike to see 85mph before I do anything just to say I did it stock. I think my new prop will get me there.

Chris,
I have not forgotten about the reeds for the OMC 115. I just happened to get another 115 in last week and I am quoting him on a set with his powerhead rebuild too. I hope to order two sets at the same time. I just need to get the decks square and rough bore the block so I can determine if he needs any sleeves.
I will call you soon!
