I have a bridge port block with #1 and #2 bridges cracked. They r hard to see but rite in the middle of the bridge is cracked all the way threw. Is it ok or does it need sleeves?

That was a common problem from day 1 with a bridgeport. I've ran mine with small/tiny cracks for some time and with the addition of small holes drilled in the piston (right in the bridge relief) for oiling it's not been a problem. I have a stack of '84-'89 BP blocks and they all have cracks or a bridge completely gone, the '90 up blocks I have are NIC bores and are still perfect on the bridges.

Most Brideports either have cracked bridges or gonna have cracked bridges.. I built a pair several years ago that went on a Skater out of 12 Bridges 7 were cracked , fix was 12 steel sleeves from Ruck @ 1 920 233 3833 Motors still running GREAT.
