Does anyone know the specifications for a 2003 Paramount 21. I purchased one and have yet to fill the tank completely. One day it will spew gas out and the next time it will not allow me to fill any more. Then I find it is half full when out on the water. Would love to know what the tank capacity is. Are the stringers in this boat composite, wood, ? Unsinkable hull ? Weight ? Motor capacity. Any information woudl be appreciated.
