View Full Version : Removing Idle stabalizer

Im wondering if removing this will let my timing stay constant and help my ability to spool up over 6K? This is on a 84' Mariner 150 2L
. The chest is cut the block is stuffed the pistons are ported and it has 30cc heads.

When I went premix that was taken off and timing set to 25. My promax is a 96 not sure on your motor. For me it was just one more thing that could go wrong that wasn't necessary.
