Ajustment on Johnson carb

175 hp Johnson, on the throttle body there is an adjustabe needle valve, what is this valve for and what is the proper setting for it? No where in my Johnson manual is it mentioned. Thanks, David

Normally start at turn and a half and see how she runs.... quarter turn out at a time till she stops sneezing..... depends on float settings..... nobody is perfect at setting the float and getting the screw setting right the first time....
