What are the stock jet sizes on a 2.7 225?

thanks, looked it up If I'm right,

My 99 200 has Idle 27, High 67D

99 225 has Idle 30 high, 72D or 74D depending on model.

The 87 parts motor has Idle 48, a 14, high 62D

Sound right

On the 87 thats with the baffel in the air box which is different than your engine. No baffel needs 74d sam carb and 2.7 stock powerhead.

Only reason I ask, is, I was just wondering if I put the older 2.7 carbs on the newer motor, which high speed to change it to, or if they were the same. I'll check them when I get them off.

You cant compare jetting they are different engines with different carbs.

Yes I am seeing that clearly. I'll wait till they get switched, or I find newer ones. Looks more like I'll pop the 2.7 carbs on see if I can get to run good.
