Help on Merc Mod#

Can anyone please help me with this? This is the info i have: Merc Mod#0B290302 Ser#861829 these #'s are stamped on block. I was told that this is a 1986 2.4 bridgeport. I need to know if the info above is correct. I would like to know what HP it is what stater and rectifier trigger should be on it. I hope it is not a frankenmerc. thanks in advance
Found more info Mod#1914912BH Ser#0B290302 comes back as a 1988 high performance carb 20"mid cle lower custom race mod vp. still dont know hp:eek:
