My blower in my home runs constantly, regardless of the t-stat setting or whether the condensor is running... Had a guy suggest it may be a stuck relay... The unit is in a mobile home, and the info that I saw was that it was a "Central Electric Furnace" model # EB128... Does this sound plausible or is there a better place to start..? Thanks....

Maybe the thermostat switch is bad, and is stuck on.... Easiest fix if thats the problem.... Ain't an a/c tech. just a guess....

I just removed the T-stat from the wall, and the blower motor is still on... I'm assuming that would kill the coil voltage to the relay, and that would mean the relay is stuck closed..?

Sounds like the contactor (relay) contacts are welded closed. Easy fix.

some but not all have a fan on manual toggel switch in the blower compartment if the filter has been changed it may have accidently been hit from aut to manual

The problem could be caused by the fan relay having a time delay relay [delay after break] incorporated into it, which the Mfgs use to improve efficiency slightly. Otherwise it is probably a $5 "Peanut relay" that has a tiny slightly oval case and both are known for sticking. Replace either one with a 90-340 RBM relay [less than $15].
