Yup, I just got a vasectomy, no more babies for me! I feel great about getting it done. I was scared crapless before I went in, but after, I argued with the nurses that I didn't even get it done because I felt so good. I took some more pills, ate some pizza rolls and I'm doin good. I need to hide my credit card on myself because I have the internet in front of me, so I don't wanna buy anything to night. Last time I was drunk on the internet I ordered a macbook pro.

Anyhow, just thought I would share that with you all.

Just got mine snipped a few months back. No problems/ no worries...... Balls were sore for a few days..... They told me you are still fertile for around 12 loads afterwards. I guess you got to get rid of the leftovers..... So, your not quite clean yet.

Make sure you get rechecked afterwards. I have heard horror stories about people who have had the procedure and never got checked and along comes another baby. Just Saying!!!!

Yeah, I'm 29, and I figured I have two, and my old lady has 3, so that is more than enough. I did warn the Dr. that if they slip up and cut something they weren't supposta, and only half of it inflates, my old lady would be down there to kick some butt!

But day two, still doin ok. Just laying around with an icepack. still feel good about getting it done. I have to go in a few weeks for a check up, and then I was supposta go back in 3 months to do a swimmer count, but I'll be in afghanistan, so will have to wait a year to see if we stopped all the swimmers from coming out.

I had mine done about 8 years ago, they gave me the Shot of Valume (sp) and I don't remember a thing. Agreed with flying higher than a kite WOW wish that stuff came in 6-paks :) Was back to work that night no pain issues or swelling.

My Vas story (this is getting funny). My Dr. gave me a valium to take before the procedure. He did NOT tell me NOT to eat beforehand. So I go to Chipotle' (2 lb burrito store) and gobble up some burrito. No need to say, the Valium did NOTHING (stomach too full). So he gave me another to take....still nothing. He gave me a local "down there" and started. Nope, could feel EVERYTHING. In the end, I had 2 valiums and 3 local's to get me through the vasectomy. I really was HIGH as a kite once the Valiums finally took effect. I do know I completely embarrased a nurse to the point she had to leave....

Thank goodness the reversal was surgurey and I was completely out for that!

They told me there would be blood in your "stuff" for a few weeks after having this done. I told them "Oh great, I can already hear my g/f, 'mmm, tastes a bit gamie'" lol, they gave me a little laugh but I can tell not too many people joke around with them... Or too many do, and they had heard it all before... I thought I was funny the whole time. Even funnier once I was high.
