Where is a good launch ramp for Jordan Lake?
I would be comming from the Sanford area, hopefully the rain will let up today
and I can get a late afternoon run in.
Thanks,
Dennis

I put in at ferrington road ramp.
Farrington Road ramp is the furthest north but the water is smooth on the north end and the far south end near the dam.
The Dam area should be the closest for you. The area around the dam is not all that large but you shouldn't see much boat traffic today with all the rain we have had.
Have fun. I cracked my lower unit or I would have tried to meet you out there.

If you're coming up Route 1, take the Pea Ridge Road exit and turn left (north) - after about 2.5 miles you'll see a sign for the New Hope Overlook ramp on the left. If you miss it keep going another 1.5 miles, turn left on Beaver Creek Road and you'll come up on the Ebenezer ramp, again on the left. Ramp/Parking fees are usually $6, although there are a few ramps that are free.
