I want to give a shout out to Sanderson Marine

I just wanted to inform the community that I received what I feel was exceptional service by Sanderson Marine.

I had advertised that I was looking for a prop and they replied that they had one that was very close to what I was looking for for a very fair price so I bought it and they shipped it promply to me.

I looked it over very well before I ran it and it looked great. Unfortunately the first time I used it one of the blades cracked badly and almost came off. So I just threw my old one back on and ran the boat the rest of the weekend.

I just chalked it up to a bad day on the water (which is better than a good day at work) and set about looking for another prop figuring that I bought it used and that was the chance I took.

Well they contacted me and told me to send it back to them and they would give me a full refund. This was without me even contacting them. I told them I really didn't expect that since it wasn't their fault but they went ahead and gave me a full refund anyway.

I feel this is outstanding service and I just wanted to let you guys know.

Clay and Lee are good people. I had the pleasure of meeting them both at one of our races a few years bath. They are both nice people. When I finally decide on a prop for my boat I will be contacting them. I am thinking of trying one of their FNR props.

Great to hear these types of stories especially when we hear of so many folks getting screwed over. I think Jay Smith turned me on to them a few years back and I have ordered numerous things from them with no problems....always polite on the phone no matter how many questions I'm asking. Good People for sure !

It doesn't get any better than dealing with Lee, Clay, and Donna. Although Robbie Patterson isn't exactly with them, he works his magic on props and gearcases right there next to Lee's business. None better on that type of work than Robbie, he just does it and does it right, which pretty much keeps him busy so he has limited time to spend on the net. I have never been anything but totally satisfied with his work and pricing.
