GREAT day of Seafair, Seattle, Hydro races, Blue Angels, PERFECT DAY. NHRA 'Nitro cars", are here too. The "sausage" boat won UL. Had one blow over in the Unlimited "Lights" boat, Kayleigh got a little too aggressive, and I was watching when the right sponson, got.."Air"..sure as ****, a blowover. Shes fine. Heres a link the news vid..(she had a fire testing in spring too, second link. She WILL be in the "big boats" someday, shes a real "sweetie", and tough as nails!)..(might have to a vid commercial first, short)

Good thing she was quick to bail with the fire, amazing how quick that thing went up.

Kinda weird how it was a seemingly just a fire, but damn, just as she opened the cockpit, it exploded! Scary stuff for sure...blew the damn right side the boat away!

Scott, thats a bunch great, narrators, Steve Raible, ex football player, news caster years, Pat O'Day, too, ex Alky, did the music seen in the early days, but the one doing the narrative, is the one and only Chip Hanauer, drove Bill Munceys, Unlimited Miss Bud driver. retired now. He lives not far from me, 90 miles north. Kayliegh lives Black Diamond, very close to Pacific Raceway, where the Nitro cars were, this weekend! She a REAL up and comer, and she has some "stones"! Beats up the boys quick! Heres a Facebook I sent to (S+F), Sue here. Asked if I was there...""Robby I am jealous, you were there!!! and I wasn't...lol! did you see Steven David take the win???

"No I didn't go. Too much hassle and people. We have SUPER all day TV coverage, better than being there, as see all! 9am to 5+pm. Chip Hanauer does coverage too. Saw the flip coming on the tube. I was watching it in the shop, messing with other toys the same time. Steve had a picture perfect great run at the start, final, and never looked back. The "Sausage" boat with Steve's foot in it is one tough boat to mess with! Dave Villwook tried, but had a lousy running boat I think. Great day regardless. We LOVE our Hydro races here!"

Trust me, I would love to hit the "boat logboom raft up", for the races, but its a 60 mile trip, and Seattle has been so broke, its .."lets bust someone for money", Heard 71 BUI's, but DAMN? AINT IT SUPPOSED TO BE A PARTY? Plus with the V-12's history, airplane engines, don't turn me on anyway. Unlimited lights though..(Kayliegh), can run 20, to 26 feet, 7 piston engines options(spray, blown, don't really know the rule book them, etc), and are turning into the hit of the show. Damn, running as fast as the helicopter boats!
