Mercury Smartcraft SC1000 / 2004 Merc 300X

Does anyone have or know where I can get an operation manual for a Merc Smartcraft SC1000, using it with a 2004 Merc 300X.
(MERCURY 79-879896 SMARTCRAFT)
I've got the basic operation of it down but I'd like to be able to reset the FUEL USED before I go out each time and can't figure it out. Also there seem to be some other hidden features that I'd like to operate.
Any Help appreciated.
