probably a silly question..is the checkmate enchanter a good hull..can u get good speed out of it..thanks

I enjoyed mine, wish I didn't sell it. I got 71 MPH with a 200 on it. Fun family/speed boat.

Brother-in-law has had one since 85. It's been a great family boat - large cockpit and pretty efficient hull. Not the best for rough water but will get up and run nicely. He's got an 80's 235 Evinrude and gets low 70's without any setback.
