The Boat and Trailer have title's but the Motor does not. Is this something i should be worried about or something that is going to hurt me if and when i get ready to sale the motor?
Thanks Matt

i sell new boats and texas is the worst about having titles. Make sure you check with the local people before you purchase.

Thanks for the info, and the links. I have printed the form and hope all goes well from this point on. Just want to make sure I educated myself before and not after :D

you mean there's some place more anal about paperwork than ca? not a single one of the 5 boats i've bought required a title for the outboard. and they all had outboards. i've never owned a boat any other way. they even issued me a title for the viper's home made trailer. it never even had a title in MN, where it was built. i was pleasantly surprised by that one.
