Need suggestions !

Need to find someone that is older Omc knowledgeable to install new wiring harness , rectifier , power pack and stater . In central Mississippi . I am handicapped and cant work on my stuff any more . Have all new replacements in hand . Will pay cash to honest tech . Any help will be sincerly appreciated .
