Who makes a GOOD flushing adapter for a 2 hole CLE?

Take a std flusher and take off the suction cup with hose end fashon some bungie cords to it long enough to reach lower pan, open up the hole on it a bit, and you have one for $4.99. It works better than any one I have seen cuz the stream of water is aimed straight up the holes and fits tight around the cone. This is my design so send me 5 bucks for the rights to it. Just kidding have fun.

I use a rubber glove bungee corded to the cone. Just stick the hose right in through the side or you can get tricky and cut a finger off and clamp the hose on.

"Flusher King " a member here makes them for Mercury . Get the right one for the CLE , it's worth it . You can walk away while it's flushing without worrying about it falling off .

Perfmarine, I made up onelike you described, will try it today. If it works, great. I am also going to look at the one from Flusher King. I had ones from Bobs and one Ithink came from Merc. Both too hard to fit properly, and leaked more water than they put up the intakes.
Rev, I had to chuckle imagining the glove trick and what in must look like! Thanks for the replies!

The thing I hated the most about the hard ones is they scratch the paint on the gearcase,I use mine on all motors including 300hp v-8 OMC's that have the largest water cavity and it works great! It will leak some but when you see water squirting out of the sm drain holes in the side of gearcase then you know the waterpump is primed.

Why couldn't they sell one that works? Thanks for the suggestion.

i have been using a simple homemade noodle flusher on a sportmaster & cle for awhile, WAAAY better flow than any of the cup type flushers & very simple to make for a few bucks. 1 garden hose adaptor,2 feet of hose cut at 8 inch sections that will fit snugly into the water intake holes & a bit of epoxy.my "factory" flushers never worked as good as the $3 noodle.

I used a homemade noodle flusher on my cle without any issues. I have a sportmaster now but the pick-up holes are oval and nog just round. So I cannot use the same tubes as I used to make the flusher for the cle. Should the inlet holes of a sportmaster be round or not?

I have used both the glove and suction cup with bungee methods. The glove works a little better as it doesnt blow off if you turn the water on too high lol. Both work ok in a pinch but alot of water gets wasted with both. Short of buying an expensive flusher I think the noodle flusher is the way to go. Simple, inexpensive to make and works just as good as any $50-$80 flusher you can buy.
