I have a 460 pi in a 18ft baja hull . The pump is no good and I have to take down and rebuild the engine. I want to get as much hp on pump gas as possible. And be able to ride around on the weekends.

is it possible for a 460 jet boat to do 100mph on pump gas
Yes, as long as the tires on the trailer are in good shape and the tow truck has 400 plus horsepower.:D

Eagle has a new stroker kit for around $1400 no clearnce required comes crank, h beam rods, and pistons. Bored 100 over comes out to 557 ci. With that and alum heads you can run 11:1 comp on pump gas and get close to a 100 mp.

100 mph with a 460 jet boat, yes, it's possible, but not with the engine in "stock" configuration. Most stock 460 jets will run in the upper 60's to mid-70's, depending on hull design, weight, and set-up.
As for going 100 mph in an 18' Cobra, not sure I'd want to, except to make one GPS pass just to be able to say "See!"

I have a couple friends that have stroked 501 CI Ford's, one in a 18 BAJA , one in a Taylor LP both boats are running mid 70's with considerable pump work. Don't think the BAJA is capable of triple digits, both boats are on the edge as it is.
