Guys - i have a 1997 225 efi promax. been running great since i got it. I refueled and prolly got the premixed oil WAY too rich. the engine just quit on me as i was pulling away from the dock. since then, ive been able to get it started and running, but she bogs down until i get uo to decent rpm and then she takes off. when i slow down, she sputters at idle, quits, and will not restart hot. if i turn it over 5 hours or more later, it roars on the first crank, and then the same thing. i figured the injectors are gummed up, so ive run about a third tank of fuel through the engine with Merc Quickcleen added. So far, it seems to make it run a bit better, but same chit. Pulled the plugs , replaced, same thing. Is there anything else i should try short of a trip to the mechanic? Many thanks.
