Compression question on 1995 Yamaha 250

Looking at a 1995 Yamaha 250 that was just rebuilt with zero hours, never been in water or so I am told. The compression is even in all 6 with 95 psi does that seem low? I was told that when the engine breaks in the psi will increase?? is that true?? Thanks for your input:thumbsup:

seems low,ya not likely to come up 25-30 lbs of psi. when ever i've comp' tested a new motor, comp' was right there.
