I need help setting up my old Merc trim system. I have an old style midsection with the twin rams and the lower bolts that send the fluid through the transom. The problem I'm having is that the motor is now on a jack plate. So now I need to send the lines up and over the transom to the pump mounted on the transom inside the boat. I can't track down any lines the only ones I found are way different lengths and would need to be cobbled together and cost a ton. I would like to just find a set of lines that would connect directly to the rams and the pump. There is a small line and a larger line. Any help with this would be great.

I believe the rams have 2 connections each, best to connect to the junction block, then you only need 2 connections.

Not 100% certain, but I think you can use these adapters in the junction block, then use the original hoses, IF they are long enough.

If they don't work, contact "The Hoser" here on the board, he can make anything you need.

Yeah I went to the junction box. Ended up getting a custom set of lines made by a local shop. I don't know why I didn't think of that earlier.

I went to our local hydralic hose guys(who make the hoses) brought the old ones and they made new ones 2 feet longer. Their fittings were different and tighter to install on the rams but their price was great. To them its just a hydralic hose.
