What sort of cooling systems are used on offshore race boats for outboards using hull mounted picks ups? Are electric pumps used?

Most use pick up on the nose cone,LWP race boats that use hull mounted pick up rely on forward motion to pressurize the cooling system and no pump is used. do not sit and idle forward only unless they use stock water pump.
