Whats the best rod for durability and performance 10,000rpm engine? Are the 5250 rods sufficient or is it better to run the larger rod (block stuffing v/s air restriction )?

5250's are the larger version. Durability at 10,000 RPM is a subjective term.

You're right. The 141 rods versus the 5250 rods. which is better?

Big rods make a big hole in the block at 10K RPM little rods make a slightly smaller hole in the block at 10K rpm. I know there are people using either rods at 10K rpm.
You have to think as a motor spinning with anything over 2/3K RPM is going to be turbulent as hell. I doubt that you will any difference as long as the rods stay together. I would be more worried on getting rods/pistons balanced/lightened just right.
Autoverdi H-beam, I don't think anyone has broken one yet
