The prosecutors have put on a good case, Baez is horrible and just keeps getting worse; cant tell if he is incompetent or does not care what rules he violates to win. Casey looks like this is inconvenient for her to be bothered with all this court stuff- pyscho!!!. I don't know how the parents can keep going after grandaughter goes missing, daughter arrested for murder, grandaughter's body found (no hope she might somehow just be missing), testifying in a grand jury and depos against daughter, trial starts and being accused of molestation, and finally after losing a granddaughter the are the key to their daughter being put to death (premeditation with the google searches until cindy anthony pretty much undid it late in thr trial when she got called by the defense).

My prediction:
*guilty murder 2-, the state will not be able too prove murder 1
*Baez will be saying "would you like to super-size those fries" 6 months after the end of the trial when the Fla Bar gets done with him.
*casey will get a new trial on appeal based on ineffective assistance of counsel

and its really sad that the victim of all of this still seems to be lost in the circus that surrounds the whole trial and crazy facts.

The defense is not (as usual) interested in the truth, but skewering it to the point of "reasonable doubt". Just like the OJ case. You want the truth? you can't handle the truth..... The prosecution already proved the daddy was not family related, so that tosses the idea grandpa wanted the baby gone.... so they are relying on the abuse defense to try to get the jury to think she is screwed up in the head from that.... And trying to show that little Caylee could get in the pool by herself to bolster the drowning defense.....(remember, after the arrest Casey was adamant the babysitter did it... no mention of accidental drowning.) Cindy noted that the ladder was by the pool when it should not have been and that Caylee could not move it by herself (I smell a planned coverup here) Then the meter reader comes into play what a weirdo.... who knows what happened to that poor little girl, but because of mommy's consistant lying..... we will never know...... let her fry...............

My beleif is that Caylee was in the way and Casey needed freedom from her..... Her mother and father were trying as other parents do to get her to settle down and concentrate on her daughter which she had no intent to do. Maybe she met up with that meter reader and got him to do the deed hoping he would be caught, Then he decided to cover his tail by "finding" the remains..... With Casey's lying, all eyes were on her........... Now she's trying to turn the tables against her father for him trying to get her to do the right thing with Caylee........ agreed except for the meter reader part. he is too stupid to get away with murder this long, casey would have thrown him under the bus before her dad and brother, and cell tower triangulation excluded him at relevant times to be party to this. Besides, how would he have gotten in the house to search for how to make chloroform, neck breaking...etc, and then for the body to get into casey's trunk. I would believe however, that he found the body earlier, examined the bag more than he claimed, and wanted to make sure he came back alone on a day he is supposed to be in the area (so he is not implicated) so he would not have to share the reward with co-workers. I think she was dosing Caley with whatever she had to put her to sleep so she could go out. did the chloroform searches for a cheap knockout alternative she could make at home, dosed her, it went bad, hid caley in her car, got into a bunch of lies, then put the tape around the head and got rid of the body to try to make it look like a kidnapping gone bad. by the time trial came around, the kidnapping story had too many holes to use so they made up something else. Can't decide if the dad was in on it or not, but very possible and totally agree water guy found it at some point and moved in for the cash when he was ready.

I ended running over it but stopped and brought it to the owners vet. Dog was bleeding from it's mouth and motionless. So I said a prayer over it, while driving to the vet, and it came around started barking and then sat up. Vet checked it out and said the only thing they could find wrong with it was some lacerations in it's mouth. BTW, I was driving my Z71 and the dog was a poodle. So how does a poodle survive being run over by a Z71??? I believe it was God's hand.
