1999 Johnson 175 gear ratio?

A friend bought a 1999 Javelin Fish and Ski with the 175 Johnson and we were curious how fast it really is going. I don't know the gear ratio of that motor so I can't use a prop calculator.

The 175 is turning a 22" Raker at 5700RPM. It has a Detwiler jackplate too.

The speedo in the dash says just over 60, the depthfinder with the paddle wheel says 69.
