These guys will need to know if its carb or efi. If its efi does it have an air horn or is the ecu mounted on the front. Some guys have found a website where you can enter the serial number and it will tell you exactly what you have. There are some great guys on this site and they will help you.

Yes efi, at the present it has svs.

If thats a ser# it comes up 75hp check the # again

Its on the block right were it splits from the front half. It also looks like it has a date on it right there it mite help 4-15-96.

If that 6 is a G as 0G503450 its a 2.5 EFI Hp or 2.5 EFI Hp offshore 96 would be the year stock 260hp race motor SVS is a mod

I have the same question mine is "Suppose to be" a 2.4 bridgeport EFI the numbers I found on the block are A953032 and a number close to that one is 12286 I am guessin g that is the date? the serial # on the mid is 0g276381 I am a little unsure about the last digit on that I am pretty sure the mid is not the one for the powerhead and it is a EFI with a horn
