Hi everyone new to site. I am trying to find a boat that was on Northeast pond, Milton 3 ponds in Milto NH around 2000 - 2001 It was a green inboard outboard with Bat boat type windshield 1/4 canopy. I am not sure if there was a manufacture that outfitted there boats with this type of windshield or it was custom . The boat was less then 20'. Thanks

...Hi Joe..If the 1/4 canopies were factory installed, I'm thinking the boat you're asking about might be a Century...don't laugh...I have most of the brochures for 1960's..except the 1967 brochure I sold with my 17' all wood Resorter a couple years ago...BUT...I know they made what you describe and will sift through and find the boat you seek...Avenger by Sea-Ray also pops to mind too...Are you SURE it was an I/O, or could it have been a V-Drive set-up.?...Correct-Craft made something "similiar" to your description.?...I will look and get back to you...BTW...I live in NH...if we can confirm what type boat, I'll bet we can "find" it...are you a golfer at Salem CC by any chance..?...in the food biz..?..

...like I said, I'll get to my garage today and have a peek and get back to you...offshore racing is "safer" than golfing anyway...I bet we have some common friends...

...the boat I was thinking of is a Century Bronco 17'...they were made in 65 & 66 as per brochure...I mistakenly thought it was a 1/4 type windshield, but is a cool raked ss framed windshield...it came as either an Eaton outdrive or a V-drive...I googled (century bronco 17) and bone yard? in Mbhd has one with the brochure pic on page 7...the 1/4 canopies are throwing me...I know the Flying-Wings had canopies, but were "tunnel" boats with dual outboards...Glastron made the Bat-Boat, but I don't think it was green...lol...let me know how your search goes...interestin' investigatin'...

Velocitoy the Bronco looks like a bow rider but the Arabian looks more like it. The boat I saw maby had a custom windshield. Thank you so much I owe you a drink. Jo

...late models (after the 70's) were your standard bowrider...check out the 65 or 67 Bronco's...if you think it looks like the Arabian, search for MK II's by Century as well...I believe Correct-Craft made a similiar boat called the Spoiler? that may fit the description too...happy hunting Joe...

...Meredith neck summers...Loon Mtn winters...Let me know how the hunt goes...fyi...if it is a newer boat with canopies, DCB was the "first" to use them in civilian boats for the masses...are we looking for a V or Cat bottom boat..?..
