enclosure replacement for stereo

Just as post sez, My buddy removed his stereo from his boat side panel. and wishes to install a lockable enclosure in it's place. Dimensions are 3.5"x8.5", depth can be from 5-8" deep.
Any ideas where to purchase? I can fabricate, but ya know how that goes,(time)!
