Just perchased a 18' outlaw and i'm repowering with a 175 mercury 1990 .I have a 9" transum extension..I was wondering the right pitch? I was going to try a 21" first or should I not waste my time and go to a 23" first???? Any thoughts??

I didnt know Baja made a 18' outboard? Do you know how much it weighs? It should fly if you upgrade to a 300 opti down the road. I would try a 20 or 22 pitch four blade. My 22 turbo that I sold with my old boat would've been perfect I think.

It's not a Baja just the graphics...It was made by OUTLAW MARINE in Florida in the early 90's to late 90's...It had an inboard v-8 at one time and converted ...I have a 9" transum extension plate on it..Just put on a 175 mercury...setting up the rigging now..
