Hi!

Rotating in will create less transomlift / more bowlift. The boat will run higher. But boat will not be so stable, as turning in will create a kind of roll in effect. Normally turning in will give better speed. I did have a twin 2.5 EFI setup on a narrow 25 feet hull. It went faster, but was not stable enough in high seas. So I swopped back to turning out.

If your boat needs a lot of positive trim to get speed, it will probably benefit from turning in, but it may deteriorate the handling at speed. Turning in magnifies tendencies to chine walk.
