My buddy has a pile of old racing aluminum flywheels, most of which are off left hand rotation mercury racing engines.
He told me i could dig through and find myself a good right hand rotation flwyheel,My question is will I be able to physically tell the difference between left and right hand rotation just by looking at them? Will they be stamped LH or RH ?

idk if they would be marked LH or RH but the difference will be in the crank key location vs the magnets and trigger locations.

I will talk to him, he is having a huge clean out, he is a marine dealer up here, he has all kinds of old left hand v6 stuff, gearcases, powerheads, flywheels, ect. He keeps threatening to kick all it off his mezanine into the garbage can!!

No, I cold siezed it at the end of last year. I will have it together next week. Not to much damage so I got to give it another try. I have been looking hard at Nitrox injection systems, maybe that will get her to turn up!!
