need opti injector tips

working on 225opti cyl#6 went out big outher 5 look like new. when inspected injuctors all had carbon film #6 was caked on found no outher reason for piston explosion. is this common with opti? and how can i clean the injuctors? last thing iam gona do is put them in there with some dout:confused: any help will be great

What happens on optis is the fuel injectors start to leak, along with with a failing or dirty DI injector the motor soot or carbon up, when the motors are run hard you experience a irregular combustion event. :) I try to steer people away from Merc oils to the Pennzoil Synthetics too. Send your injectors to Brucato x2.
