150 Ficht motor help

My neighbor has a 1996 150 that seems to dumping alot of oil in the fuel system, will not idle do to all the oil being dijested by the motor, no codes does anyone ever seen this problem before, thanks

Engine should be at least a '97 if it's a FFI engine. But early ones had problems with the oil pump diaphragm cutting against the inside of the pump housing. Check the pulse lines that run the pump for excess oil in them. Could possibly not set a low oil pressure code or the switch on the pump itself it bad. Just my 2 cents worth

Please post the complete model number of the motor so we know exactly which engine you have.

There was no 1996 FICHT motor.
