Think Gaffrig has a head temp kit, gauge starts at 100deg.

I just got a Teleflex Amega 58862P kit from LowCostBoatingstore.com. The gauge reads from 100 to 220 deg. It costs about $40.00. It comes with everything except the wiring. I haven't had a chance to hook it up yet.

Taylor, stop by tha shop, and I will give ya a sender, and a guage!!...JFI, tha water temp guages with lektrik senders will reed temp ov what ever it's in contact with!!...If it's press'd up aginst the hed, then it reeds the temp ov tha hed at that point!!!...Any single temp reed on a OB hed ain't that great, kuz tha temp from Cyl to cyl vary's so much...Any Temp refrence iz a ballpark figure, and iz better than nutt'in!!...Kinna like scuff'in #6 from heet and gitt'in no heet alarm, kuz heet alarm sensor on tha starboard side!!...

Wher tha heds are tapp'd for tha sendors iz purdy thin...U juss gotta remember that tha hed temp HAZ already happen time U see it, and if ya horn haz sounded, it's been hot for a while!!....IF U put tha sensor in tha water jacket, it will tell more quickly what tha temp iz at that point!!!....
