Waterproofing Canvas cover -Cantmore?

Anyone heard of Cantmore? It's supposed to be a spray application that waterproofs your canvas cover. Does it work? Where can I get it? I heard possibly Walmart but I don't have one near me... I need to waterproof this thing:

Never heard of cantmore , I've used a product from StarBrite that worked good on my cover, I bought it a West Marine, good luck.

A friend gave me a gallon can of some stuff called "Canvak". I haven't used it, but, it's for waterproofing the old style canvas tents. He claimed it was the stuff to use for canvas. I think he bought it at a local sporting goods store.

You could try a tent and awning shop. They should be able to help you.

I don't know if it's the same stuff Dennis has, but I used some stuff for tents a few years back and it worked great. It wasn't cheap though.

Look for "Canvak" in a search engine, I found my can last night and I realized I mis-spelled it in my earlier post.

303 waterproofing its an aerospace product. Think I saw it at West Marine. This stuff is good. Rick

I WORK IN A LOCAL MARINA AND MY CANVAS GUY RECCOMEND S 303 OR STAR BRITE.. I HAVE USED STAR BRITE WITH GOOD RESULTS. USUALLY WILL TAKE TWO CAOTS THE FIRST APPLICATION.. CHEAP TOO LIKE 20$ PER GALLON @ WEST MARINE.. I USUALLY DO MINE EVERY SPRING TWO COATS.. AND USE ABOUT 3 GALS TOTAL..ON A 28 FOOT OVERALLCOVER SIMILAR TO WHATS ON YOUR SK8TER.. I SPRAY IT ON WITH A PUMP UP WEED KILLER SPRAYER.. HOPE THIS HELPS... GOOD LUCK WITH THE SKATER...
