Ok i got a 18 foot glastron carlson wit a 6 inch jack plate and a mercury inline 150 hp . Looking for a good hole shot and top end and possible pull tobes ,before i spend my money and ideas on the best prop and prop sizes , i had a 17 ss and a 19 aluminum dont think they were big onough i was told to try a 21 to 23 p but which one and what type. Thanks the engine runs great no issues at all.

What makes you think they were not big enough? What RPM were you turning? I have both a 21 and 23 stainless mirage that I would sell cheap enough, they are splined for a V-6 merc, not sure if those work with inlines?

they were over reving the motor , i was told they are to small and i was not getting thehole shot or the top end i should get. dont know for sure . a far as the props goes im not for sure i think as long as they are the 15 spline they will work .

The V6 props will work on an inline. Most of the V6 props have larger diameters so they might be a little harder to spin but they do bolt up but you might have to remove the trim tab.

I use to run a 26 chopper up to 64-6500 rpm's with an old Inline on my boat....great hole shot and very respectable top end at 77.2 on GPS.
