MO Blazer jet boat in trouble?

I haven't heard anything about it but if I had to guess it's BS. I own a 16' 42" Blazer SS and it's coast guard approved. As far as I know all blazer boats are coast guard approved.

The story I read and I can't remember where, was that the coast guard was going to stop letting these type boats slide by with a "utility boat" tag since they are being built for pleasure boats and nothing more. If that is the case I don't think Blazer will be the only one in trouble. Wish I could find where I read it.
