300x intake

is there a big difference in the 300x intake over the 4 butter fly intake on a 225 efi block.

I did the switch on mine which is a 300pm,it has more on top with the 300x style,but lost a little on bottom end.That didn`t bother me though,because I mostly cruise the river area, its not a drag boat.

Hydrostream1, Did you keep the same reeds and cage? Did you only change the butterfly assembly?

You have to get the injector plate,the reed cages bolt to that,then the air plenum bolts to the injector plate.The throttle body bolts on top of the air plenum.Hope that helps
